When we met Josh, Sara, & their little girl Savanna for the first time at Mill Mountain Coffee, we knew we would all become fast friends! On the day of the wedding, everything was perfect. The weather was warm with a cool breeze, and the girls were enjoying Dunkin Donuts as they got ready upstairs. Sara & Savi danced and giggled, the sweetest mother-daughter duo and besties for life! They were joined by Sara's sister, mother, step-mother, and friends as they finished up hair and makeup and shared lots of excitement for the big day ahead.
Mel & I worked together to hang Sara's dress on the wall for a grand shot, and just in time, little Savannah came in and stared up at her mama's wedding gown in awe. It was such a sweet moment to capture!
When it was finally time for the ceremony, little Savi walked down the aisle hand in hand with her cousin and best friend, Kennedy. Everyone couldn't help but "aaawe" as they walked by, and when they made it to the front, they gave each other a big thumbs up for a job well done!
Next, Sara walked down the aisle, escorted by her mother, and Josh couldn't stop smiling when he saw his beautiful bride! Both Sara & Josh's eyes welled with happy tears as they met each other's gaze, and they both beamed as they took one another hands at the alter.
The reception was filled with toasts, cake, dancing and laughter as the couple gathered together with their close friends and family. Savannah & Kennedy stole the show with their own sweet little "first dance" and then everyone joined in!
We have been so excited to share this beautiful wedding and family, and at last here are some highlights from their big day! It was nearly impossible to pick just a few favorites to share.
